Presidential Exercise Double Standard
I recently read that President Obama exercises 6 days out of 7, for 45 minutes each day. And that does not take into account the time spent playing basketball. George W worked out every day, when he was in office, and he seemed to take some flak for that.
During his recent appearance on Jay Leno, Obama told Jay that he likes to bowl, too . A funny scenario popped up in my mind, where the President plays a match against some of his liberal buddies. For every point over 129 that Obama bowls, I would be willing to donate a dollar to charity.
People say that being the President of our country, the leader of the free world, is the most stressful job one can have. So I am very pleased to see that Obama is working out every day, the way Bush did.
If you want some visual proof of the way in which stress takes its toll on our Presidents, compare the photos from Inauguration Day to the photos taken on the President's last day in office. You'll see a lot more grey hair, wrinkles, and dark under eye circles in the photos taken then, as the President makes his exit.
I often have people tell me that they just don't have the time in their daily lives for exercise.
Are you honestly expecting me to believe that you have less free time than our President?
Others tell me it's too expensive.
The last time I checked, walking was free of charge.
People also tell me that they don't exercise because they feel they have no support from others.
This has to be something that you do for yourself.
People also tell me that they don't know HOW to exercise.
Today there are literally thousands of places you can go for help, and a whole bunch of them are free of charge.
NO WHINING ALLOWED! Get started.
If Presidents from two different parties, with two different agendas can work out, so can you. It doesn't cost anything to get started, and you can form your own support group, and dig up all the information you need all by your lonesome.
What will help you get an early edge is taking an ultra pure enteric coated fish oil.
This part of your plan is not free of charge, but it's an investment that will pay big dividends. I've told so many success stories here, about people who take pharmaceutical-grade fish oil, and it seems that every day, another medical study or another medical professional is touting the benefits of this supplement.
I strongly recommend that you place an order for your fish oil right now, and put all self-defeating thoughts out of your head. If you start exercising and taking the fish oil right now, by the first of June, you could be 10 pounds lighter.
